HIPRA celebrates the fourth edition of the Coccidiosis Control Congress (CONCO25) in Punta Cana

On March 25th and 26th, HIPRA held the fourth edition of the Coccidiosis Control Congress (CONCO25), at the Dreams Macao Beach Hotel in Punta Cana (Dominican Republic). 

In this edition, producers and technicians from across Latin America (LATAM) attended the event to explore the latest innovations and trends in preventing avian coccidiosis in broilers.

The event brought together more than 70 poultry professionals who gained valuable insights about the disease from renowned international specialists. 

These experts shared their expertise on the technical aspects of the disease, the current market outlook, business perspectives, and industry advancements. Moreover, the attendees could also hear the experiences of some producers using HIPRA’s vaccines and their impact on production outcomes.

During the two-day program, participants attended a comprehensive schedule of technical sessions. Topics included trends in coccidiosis vaccination in hatcheries, anticipation as a key method to succeed in the poultry industry, in-ovo vaccination trends, the impact of coccidiosis on the intestinal health, and different strategies for disease prevention through vaccination.
