The second edition of the Experiences Challenge: Coccidiosis Vaccination Broilers was launched by HIPRA in early 2024. This scientific challenge aimed to showcase the performance EVANT® and EVANOVO®, HIPRA’s attenuated coccidiosis vaccines administered through in-ovo injection on commercial broiler farms, utilizing field data for assessment. 

During the last few months, numerous remarkable submissions were received from different poultry producers worldwide, highlighting innovative approaches and advancements in coccidiosis vaccination. 

HIPRA is thrilled to announce the successful conclusion of this event. After careful evaluation by the Jury, 3 Data trials were selected & submitted for presentation at the 2025 AAAP Annual Meeting are: 

• ARGENTINA: ‘Comparative field analysis of precocity-attenuated versus non-attenuated coccidiosis vaccines’ by Unión Agrícola de Avellaneda.
   

• INDIA: ‘Evaluation of performance in commercial broilers using coccidiosis vaccine versus anticoccidials in India’ by Premium Chick feeds.

• MALAYSIA: ‘Comparative analysis of broiler productivity after vaccination with coccidiosis vaccines versus essential oils on a commercial farm’ by Meng Kee Poultry (M) Sdn Bhd.

Congratulations to the winners! Their outstanding contributions have been acknowledged with the opportunity to attend the 2025 AAAP Annual Meeting in Portland, USA, in July 2025. Their expertise will be a valuable addition to the event.
