HIPRA is launching the first edition of its Graduate Program, a unique opportunity for young people who want to begin their professional journey in a global, innovative company that is a benchmark in the biotechnology sector.
This program will take place at HIPRA’s Headquarters and is designed for recently graduated profiles who are eager to learn, grow, and be part of impactful real-world projects. Over the course of one year, participants will follow a personalized path based on their academic background, rotating through various departments and receiving support from a mentor who will guide them throughout the process.
The Graduate Program offers much more than just a first job: it’s a full professional immersion, with access to top-level teams, real challenges, and an environment committed to the development of young talent.
The available tracks will be:
- Industrial Technologies Engineering: Engineering, Manufacturing, and Logistics
- Veterinary Science: R&D – Preclinical Studies, Digital Health, and Marketing
- Health Sciences (Animal Health): R&D, Manufacturing, and Quality Assurance
- Biomedical Engineering: Engineering – HIPRA Robotics, Digital Health, and IT
- Health Sciences (Human Health): R&D, Regulatory Affairs, and Quality Assurance
- Human Health Business Area: Vaccines, HIPRA Biotech Services, and GoodGut
What will the selection process be like?
The process will take place between May and June and includes six stages:
- Registration in the desired track via HIPRA&You.
- Phone interview.
- Submission of a video presentation (maximum 5 minutes).
- Completion of a competency test.
- Group dynamics session with other candidates to solve a challenge collaboratively.
- Individual interview with the People team to complete the evaluation.
Who is it for?
The program is open to individuals who have completed a university degree in the last 3 years and are eager to learn, contribute value, and grow professionally in an organization with global impact.
